Attention to detail:

When entering your custom word, please be sure to enter the word EXACTLY as you'd like it to appear on your custom ring - including all capitalizations and lowercase letters. Need help deciding? Don't hesitate to contact us anytime at href="mailto:">

Artwork proof:

If you opt-in to view the wax carving before we cast your piece, we will send you an image of the wax before proceeding with the casting.

Confirmation of order:

After receiving your custom order, we will review your selections and email you if we need any additional information. If you opt for us to proceed without confirmation, we will begin on your piece within 2 business days. If you'd like information about your order or a free design consultation, we are happy to get back to you before beginning on your custom piece. Please note that all custom made pieces are final sale.

Delivery time:

Custom pieces can take up to 8 weeksstart to finish and the shipping method does not affect the production time. All shipping times are in additionto the production time.Please let us know of any special requests or deadlines in the "Order Notes" box provided. While we will try our best to accommodate, rush requests cannot be guaranteed.

Returns:

Due to the nature of this item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
